Cancellation and Refund Policy

At C/O PETS, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that plans can change, so we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.
Cancellation Time Frame

Full Refund: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel within 10 hours of the scheduled service, you will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions

Refundable Services: All our services are refundable under the conditions stated above.

No Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not available for services that have already started.
Processing Refunds

Refund Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Special Circumstances

No Exceptions: There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy for emergencies or medical reasons.
Fees Associated with Cancellations

Zero Fees: No fees are charged if the service is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time.

50% Fine: A 50% fine is applied if the service is cancelled within 10 hours of the scheduled time.

No Refund Post 10 Hours: No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 10 hours before the scheduled service.
Customer Responsibilities

Payment Methods: Customers must ensure they pay the company directly using electronic payment methods. The company will not be responsible for payments made to the service provider directly. Such actions could result in the termination of the customer account.
Cancellation Process

How to Cancel: Customers can cancel appointments through the 'My Bookings' section under 'My Account' on our booking portal. The option to cancel or reschedule appointments is available there.
Proof and Documentation

Case by Case: While no proof or documentation is generally required, it may be requested on a case-by-case basis for certain types of refunds.
