Welcome to C/O PETS (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services, website, or mobile applications, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before engaging our services.

1. Scope of Services

C/O PETS provides professional pet care solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Pet grooming, health monitoring, and daycare services.

  • Veterinary guidance and consultations.

  • Subscription-based care plans and emergency support.

  • Transport and related services.

  • Availability may vary depending on location, medical urgency, and professional discretion.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to book and enter into agreements with us.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet(s).

  • By booking a service, you confirm you are the legal owner/guardian of the pet(s) or have authority to act on their behalf.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure your pet(s) are in suitable condition for services requested.

  • Disclose all relevant health, medical, and behavioral information to our staff.

  • Provide safe access to your premises (where applicable).

  • Follow all instructions and guidance given by our team to maintain the pet’s health and safety.

4. Service Integrity

To maintain the quality and safety of our services:

  • Interference or engagement of third-party service providers during our course of service is strictly prohibited.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, allowing other pet sitters, trainers, or groomers to simultaneously engage with your pet during our service period.

  • Violation of this condition will result in immediate termination of services, and C/O PETS will not be held accountable for any issues, damages, or consequences arising in such cases.

 

4.1. Third-Party Providers

  • Interference or engagement of third-party service providers during the course of our service is strictly prohibited.

  • Any such interference may lead to immediate termination of services.

  • C/O PETS will not be held accountable or liable in any way for damages, incidents, or outcomes resulting from the involvement of third-party service providers.

 

5. Payments & Billing

  • Fees for services are outlined in your plan, subscription, or booking.

  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All fees are non-refundable, except where applicable as underlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Health & Emergency Care

  • We will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s).

  • In emergencies where you cannot be reached, you authorize us to take reasonable decisions in your pet’s best interest, including referral to a higher-care facility.

  • In case of emergencies, we may act in the best interest of your pet, including seeking veterinary attention.

  • You are responsible for covering all emergency medical expenses.

7. Veterinary Disclaimer

  • We strive to provide high-quality veterinary and wellness care. However, no medical service can guarantee outcomes.

  • By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that treatments—including advanced interventions (e.g., continuous glucose monitoring, chronic care management, emergency stabilization)—carry risks and uncertainties.

  • Owners are responsible for following aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may impact the outcome and void liability.

8. Grooming & Behavioral Risks

  • Grooming services involve handling that may stress pets. We will take all reasonable care, but minor cuts, allergic reactions, or stress responses may occur.

  • Owners must inform us of aggressive behavior, allergies, or sensitivities.

 

9. Emergencies & Transport

  • Our pet ambulance and transport services aim for safe and timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Medical emergencies will be prioritized, and treatment decisions will be made in consultation with qualified veterinarians.

 

10. Liability & Disclaimer

  • C/O PETS is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing conditions, illnesses, or injuries.

    • Unforeseen incidents beyond our reasonable control.

    • Outcomes arising from withheld or inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • Services are provided on a best-effort basis; no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, except where expressly stated.

 

11. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if:

    • Pets are aggressive or unsafe.

    • Client breaches these Terms of Service.

    • There is interference from third parties.

    • You agree not to misuse our Services or interfere with operations.

    • Abusive, fraudulent, or negligent behavior may lead to suspension of Services.

  • Clients may also terminate their services with prior notice, subject to the terms of their plan.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, content, and materials of C/O PETS by Wattafluff Labs Private Limited are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

13. Privacy & Data

  • We collect and process client and pet data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as necessary for service delivery.

  • C/O PETS does not sell your data to third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
